Aubrey is the founder of Etan Health Care, a company dedicated to providing high-quality support and services to individuals within the disability sector. With over 10 years of experience in the disability sector, specializing in Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Aubrey has a deep understanding of the challenges faced by individuals with a disability and their families. He created Etan Health Care to address the need for an honest, reliable, and reputable support service in an industry often plagued by dishonesty.

Fungai boasts over a decade of rich experience in the field of Human Services across various sectors in Australia, including child protection, aged care, and disability support. However, it is in recent years that Fungai's professional journey has taken a deeply meaningful turn towards supporting individuals on the Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
With approximately five years dedicated to Western Australia's largest Autism organization, Fungai has emerged as a beacon of advocacy and support for those on the spectrum. Her tenure has fostered not only expertise but also a profound passion for enabling individuals with ASD to unearth and nurture their latent talents.

Renee-Lea
Renee-Lea brings a wealth of experience and dedication to the community services sector. Beginning her career as a support worker for disadvantaged Aboriginal youth, she quickly progressed to coordinating youth justice programs, supporting individuals transitioning in and out of detention. With a deep commitment to advocating for the rights and well-being of marginalised groups, Renee-Lea combines compassion and professionalism in every aspect of her work.

Charmaine D’vauz – Coordinator
Charmaine has worked in the Disability Sector for the past 20 years specialising in complex behaviour and mental health with the focus on transitioning into the community.
Charmaine noticed early in her career that people living with a disability were misunderstood, ignored, neglected and mistreated. This prompted her to focus and specialize in this sector so that she could make a difference and ensure that they were heard and were living their best life.
Throughout her career she has received numerous awards, accolades and acknowledgement from Behaviour Specialists and Psychologists for her exemplary dedication, patience, knowledge and results in this field.
Charmaine has also created successful Community Hubs for the community for those living with a disability to enjoy.
Charmaine’s patience and the passion for what she does has made an impact on countless lives of Participants and their families.

Lisa Sisco – Admin Assistant
Lisa has been part of the Disability Sector for the past 5 years.
Coming from a strong Document Management background Lisa is able to design and produce documentation and pictorials to enable the Participant to clearly understand what the next steps in their progression will be, so it is received in an inviting and friendly manner.
Lisa has designed, created, developed and installed numerous Sensory rooms for Participants living with Autism. She has handmade the creative art for the walls to take on a theme with a 3D appearance.
While working in the Industry, Lisa has gained extensive knowledge of the NDIS procedures and protocol resulting in the involvement of the preparation of documentation for several NDIS Audits.
